The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

roar @ belly buttons. i don't have sky. dh, who normally don't watch trashy tv, watches the american one when he is in hotels with work. he assures me it is a much better show.

I am constantly irritated by the blues becuase they seem so smug! Although I like the people in blue team, when they are together as one I no likey.

Same Piste, the blues are a bit smug. But then saying that, the blacks were very irritating with their smiles and smugness before realising they were going to lose.

I prefer blues (without Lance, he irritates me!) simply because as individuals I like all the guys - they're really doing well and showing difference.
