Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

I like the blues as individuals. I love Sunshine and her dad, curly Daris, I am vastly entertained by Mike and his headband too!!

I just feel that the blacks have little chance. I wonder how much the cooking task was manufactured to enable them to win and have a fighting chance with the 5lb advantage?

Glad lance went. I never liked him and couldn't stand his wife so glad she went weeks ago

But have to say it's amazing what 100lb loss looks like - he does look so different so good on him

Me too re Lance. It is amazing looking at the start pictures. They really are doing so well. They still have a long way to go but blimee.

Yes 14 pounds. Wow!!

I never thought the black team would win. They all did amazingly well at home. And sunshine did amazingly on the bike.

Just flicking though sky and seems tbl uk is on Monday at 1pm on sky - same channel as USA tbl

Have set sky+ for it but may just be repeat of what we have seen

253 on sky on Thursday at 4pm is a series with jillian / losing it with jillian - also was on at 10am this morning according to tv guide but missed it - think sun is a repeat of thur

They are allowing one contestant back but they vote for them but can't vote for your partner

I think maybe pink lady will be voted back

There was no way red lady was going to lose that challenge. She was on fire. I just can't take to her at all. She is fairly nasty.

Still loving yellow dad, Sunshine and Daris. Saw a different side to the girls this week that i didn't like. My prediction for next week is Sam. What about you?

How many more weeks are there? Because quite a few are looking rather slim (Sam and Koli) and the difference in others in amazing (Michael, Daris)
