The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

He was 19st 4 when he left.

so he lost 1lb in the remaining 15 weeks. What a waste of an opportunity.

Blondes - I meant for all the contestants, not just Rob (or did you mean my weight loss, which is, as you say, pathetic?? But other than my whinging not sure how you'd know that?? LOL).

Blondes - no it's not shallow - all you have to go on is their looks isn't it and sexual attraction is based largely on looks - not that someone has to be perfect but they have to be attractive to you. Mark is quite attractive now too.

I need to lose a lot of weight and I'd have no trouble with someone not finding me attractive because of that but possibly finding me attractive if I lost the weight - that's life.

Blondes I don't think it is shallow - it's just attraction isn't it. It's something that happens to you, chemical reaction. Shallow would be to say you wouldn't date someone because of their car/clothes/hairstyle...

I wasn't impressed with Rob's weightloss at all, (seriously, 1lb in 15 weeks?!?!) but Zandela didn't look that different either. I know she'd lost weight but she still has a longgggg way to go.
The others were truly fantastic. I couldn't get over the change in Paddy.
