Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

It's percentage of body weight lost isn't it?

It would be better to be the percentage of 'excess' weight they need to lose - more fair on the 'smaller' contestants who don't have the % to lose.

I was watching, but working out at the same time.

Great final. Spent a lot of time thinking Paddy should have been in the final 3 - but then thought no, him and Will lost the most and they deserve the money and the holiday as the two top losers.

Rob had done fuck all in the 15 weeks since he left. He really struck me as an arrogant twat

Clare and Sara really deserve praise - they both looked fab, especially for leaving so early.

And Big G did fab for not being able to exercise for 3/5 of the months. Goes to show you can do it at home.

We still sticking here for American Biggest Loser?

Clare & Sarah's hairdressers did really well! They look completely different.

Karen looked FAB too.

I think Rob felt superior to the others as he was younger & fitter - but once out in the real world could't show off & would be at the gym with young fit blokes so looked fat again.

He's young though - I think we were all a bit like that at that age, I know I was Blush

I was in tears at this tonight. So glad Will won, but loved Paddy too. Claire and her SIL looked amazing. And Rob and Karen are such a wonderful couple. He looked great. Wasn't so keen on her hair do, thought it aged her.

Agree that Rob didn't look any slimmer than when we last saw him. Ayanda looked amazing, I loved her dress. Zandela's dress was not so flattering.

Also loved Ange. Would love her as a PT. Do you reckon she is a lesbian?
