Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

I don't watch it but I posted on this thread a couple of weeks ago about them...they have been training with a PT at my gym and I commented on here about their size and how big they still seemed to be - clearly I was right!
