Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

I think there's something wrong with my MN - I kept refreshing and I was here all alone :( now there are a zillion posts Confused??

Anyway - didn't Mark & Paddy look good :)

You didn't really see just how much Mark had lost until you saw the phots of him on the beach with his kids! Sort of got used to seeing him shrink!!

Karen & Mark both look good :)
