The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

I have decided I need to go to the gym more frequently on Saturdays - I was avoiding it because I thought it would be packed - it wasn't, but there was certainly some eye candy working out ... phwoarrrrr

That WHY I go to the gym

Water cooler is by men testorone corner and there are some yummy men there

But also have the blokes who prance about in shorts and knee high socks and string vests and think they are sexy

I shall eye up above his thigh and below his tummy and come back to you then, but it will be next weekend! I just think there's potential there. Yay or nay??!!
