Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

anyone else watching US one tonight? the week is going to be spent with "jobs" fitting their workouts round that. seems much better for a)weight loss and b) gearing them for the real world on the US one

Buggery bollocks. Could not watch BL USA tonight and it hasn't recorded. We don't have livingit+1 either. Does anyone know if it is shown anywhere later in the week? Am really cheesed off. But obviously not actual cheese cos there's too many calories!!

so 15 weeks will have gone by before the final next week - does that mean that the 3 finalists have stayed on in the camp for 15 weeks while everyone else has been doing it at home Confused

confession time - just spent an hour looking at the US Biggest Loser website, so have seen the transformations and the winner. And having never watched Biggest Loser before all I can say is WOW. Cant wait to see it all in the coming episodes, but couldnt resist peeking!

I watched biggest loser USA for last year, it was on a little while ago, and a lady called Ali won, she looked amazing

So if everyone's doing it at home now, what is the benefit I wonder of being finalists?

Being a finalist means they get a chance to win the £25k prize money! The others all get a chance to be the runner up(not sure what prize they get for that)

i was enjoying life in the rw Grin

i also had to catch up on itv player as sky+ blew up last week and man only came today to fix it and i lost all my programmes plus didnt record anything the last 5 days

anyway have seen tbl uk and set sky + (now new shiney box and working) and will watch it sunday :)

im gutted for the 2 men that they didnt get through but pleased for karen and other bloke - gawd im crap with names

will be amazing to see what happenes in next 15weeks and who has lost most weight out of the others at home

i feel sorry for the person/team who weighs last - they had 38lbs to lose between 5 of them so everyone needed to lose 7/8lbs each and then those who lost 4 then made target impossible for the others iyswim

last one tomorrow for uk

then a few more weeks of usa :)

I watched the USA one yesterday in the end. I do feel for the black team, especially in the task yesterday which needed sheer bulk in pulling that lorry thingy.

Gillian was right about Sam ( yum ) putting on muscle. His top half, well shoulders and arms is getting quite muscly and defined. He seems such a nice guy. < swoon >
