The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

Blonde trainer suggested that her team restricted their diet to nuts and apples - so went against the spirit of the show to gain advantage.

Can't. I work mostly evenings and weekends so dh can care for ds (can't get childcare). Girls know I only tend to have Monday and Sunday off and sent the date so I could attend. I have good mates .

There will have been 15 weeks between what we saw last night and the final next Monday. So only a third of the time has been seen. That will be how they lose the weight. The final must be almost live. The rest recorded last year.

Im really looking forward to it - so sad to see Geordie Mark go last night and Paddy. I think Wil is so determined to win, but it will be interesting.

That buffet temptaion was funny - because some of them didn't seem to have learnt anything about healthy food. That chicken salad to me looked like Caesar salad which is high in cals and the potto thing she was asking if it was liquid or fat, welll der!

I've not been paying attention lately to BL but really pleased Karen/Zandela got through.

I don't think it was fair after the apples and nuts they didn't get a replacement trainer for a while.

No, I don't think it was all set up but only becase she's a PT, it would be a really stupid move for her business. I think it was made too much of in the name of 'good tv'. It did nothing to help the contestants. Very humiliating for her, over something that wasn't anywhere near as harmful to the contestants as their weekly stupid 'temptations'.
