The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

How far are they going on the bike?

ah 4k - quite a short distance

1k run - now that I would really enjoy. I run 3-4 times a week.

The running would kill me, I've never been a runner!
