I know it was just awful. Dh says, it's not over yet, maybe he not a baddie after all, but it just seems so wrong!

He's a very, very sexy baddie though...

Can't see how else it can turn out now. Even when I thought he was being duped by Vaughn it was bad but when it showed him being responsible for bomb etc then it seems kind of like next week will be his exit from Spooks. Devastating.

I know. Apparently he is filming in the Hobbit next year so I guess he will have to leave. I don't see how he can redeem himself.

I also cannot wait for next Monday. And then will also be a bit sad it's another 10 months for the next series

No, I don't think he was duped but, as ever, how do we know who (if anyone) is telling the truth?

The little boy was the son of Ruth's partner when she left the Grid and was living in Greece. I don't remember the details now - it always seems to make sense when I'm watching but becomes a blur immediately afterwards - but the partner ended up dead and Ruth had to flee. I'm not sure why Harry thinks that Ruth thinks he was to blame.

DH has spent the entire night huffing about the various implausibilities of the plot. I, on the other hand, still believe in Lucas North.

Didn't the boy die? Not entirely sure why Harry is to blame though.

So last night who was holding the council bloke and Ruth hostage and why? The bit about the council bloke seeing a drop in the park - was that at all relevant to the story?
