Interviewer: "Are you Lucas North?"

Random man on street: "Oh yes, Lucas, that's me. Can't you see I've got dark hair?"

Interviewer: "Oh yes, well that all seems in order then. Here's your top secret security clearance."

They also seem to employ the same number of core personnel as CTU. God help British security if a flu bug's going round that office...

Actually on Lucas, I'll be glad to see him go. He seemed quite useless on the whole. Lost count of the number of times he managed to (a) lose people he was chasing or (b) get beaten up by randoms. Bring back the homicidally violent Roz ("hell yeah, I'll shoot through colleagues to take down the bad guy and my mascara won't even smudge").

I loved Roz - am not convinced she's really dead.

I've never got over Adam. I'm convinced he's still alive. It's all an elaborate ruse to infiltrate the Chinese/Russian/middle east* (delete as appropriate) mafia. He'll come back soon.

There seem to be too many holes in this plot.

The main one being this Maya woman. presumably he knew her when he was John. So how is it that if she is so important to him that he will risk throwing away his whole career, he hasn't bothered to look for her until now?

he is a spy for goodness sake. He could have found her if he had wanted to - it didn't take him long to do that this series. Are we really supposed to believe that he had put her to the back of his mind until Vaughan showed up and then sudden;t he couldn't resist her any more!!

It doesn't seem credible.

I hesitate to mention sharks and jumping but one has to wonder....

I thought Roz was fake dead - didn't she turn up at the cemetary after she was burried or something or did she die again.

The council worker sub plot was a poor attempt at illustrating how tough and gritty MI5 are compared to...well...er...inadequate council workers.

I wont believe Lucas is a baddie - I just wont.

The whole plot has too many holes, and the trailer for next week looks great - but how can he turn against his colleges so quickly? It just seems a bit overdone.

And there is no-ne to replace him - no strong male character.
