Anyone watching? Kitchin guy is really scary - feel very tense watching!

He is very nice to them isn't he. Gordon Ramsay could take a leaf out of his book.

I like a nice full plate of "plomked on" stodge - but got the presentation in that, well like one of them said a little while ago - this isn't creative it's art.

Guacomole - I just found an article from the other year where he was voted the "chef's chef" (or something such like) out of the chefs from the top 50 restaraunts

I loved the way he sent Claire out to get some praise for her work - in a busy kitchen too.

hmm - you have a good point MolliO - I serve up "traditional English food" (with the odd stiry fry courtesy of ready prepared veg stir fry packs and a jar of sauce haha).
