5ft 7 - tall for boy of 14?

My boyfriend’s got loads of siblings I nieces /nephews - I’m the opposite extreme - only grandchild !! I’m just amazed how much his 14yr old nephew towers over me - is this tall for 14 yr old boy? He seems to have show up loads since Xmas!

Boys are 21 before they stop.

DS no 26 was 6ft at 13, but never really grew up after that, but has grown outwards

No, it's average. He may have stopped growing by now (I did and so did my son by 12.5), in which case he will be a bit on the short side. On the other hand, he could shoot up a bit more, you can never tell.

I work in education & i'm 5ft 9, most of the pupils do not tower over me.
