Hellllooooo feeling a bit more human this evening. Although I'm eating like a fucking horse.

My skin even looks clearer tonight.... after just 3 days of no cigs?! Energy levels slowly returning to normal. Refraining from cigs is 1000 times harder than refusing a line for me. I counted with dh that I've turned coke down 3 times in the last year but haven't gone more than a day without smoking for two years.

No armbands needed here at all yet but I'm sure they will be at some point
