My muscles are feeling all heavy and achy today - like I've been doing weights in the gym. I've never had that before - is that normal for the day after? I've come out to get some shopping and feel like everyone's staring at me - like they all know what I did last night and they're judging me. OH wants me to cook dinner and I really just want to get a McDonald's!

The sore muscles are absolutely normal, the hot bath and tennis ball routine helped me many times to try ease the shoulder and neck pain.

I think coke tenses up your muscles even if you don't realise it at the time hence the aches. I have that a little bit today. Not done so much stuff in a night in 3 weeks and definitely feel the difference! I'm glad we ended up having a good night.

Ha ha!! Several times DH was wandered in and just seen a hand from behind the bed and thinking I'd collapsed. I was just trying to get the knot in my shoulder blade!!

Ha ha - yes he would be very confused! I can't pinpoint any specific area though - it's more a general all over ache. Trying to remember how much I took last night as I'm feeling worse than I have done for a long time.
