I don't think you get free delivery/returns in the sale unless you have kept free returns labels from previous orders.

I ordered exactly what I wanted, but a lot of them were low stock. Does this mean that I might not get all of them (like the Next sale, where if you order things which are low stock they often don't turn up) or is Boden more reliable? Haven't ordered this many low stock items before.

I've no idea. I bought a dress yesterday (don't ask), it wasn't low stock then but there's hardly any left of it now (pleased I ordered it yesterday).
