Judging just from these pictures, I'd say that my favourite is Diane Kruger in Chanel, followed by Nicole Ritchie.

agree re: Carey Mulligans shoes - so not dainty. with that dress something slight, strappy, not big black clodhoppers.

diane kruger - looks like a toddler has pulled a feather boa and a nightie out of the dressing up box, draped them on her and called it an Oscar Frock.

Chalize Theron looks something of an agent frockateur with those boob patches methinks.

Helen Mirren gets better and better.
Am not sure why Victoria Beckham wears her hair scraped back all the time.
Presumably she thinks it adds gravitas,or is trying to grow it!
