I absolutely love this dress but I'm not confident enough to show my legs off. Anyone seen similar dresses in a longer length. Or any way I could create an underskirt or something?? Probably not, but thought I'd ask in case there are any fabulously creative minds here!

I don't know if there's any dresses similar, but these have the same vibe. They're made to order for the main part, and the owner has said she offers certain options included- longer/ shorter.
If there's nothing similar on the website, it's worth messaging to ask, she does custom too.

The details say the model is 5 foot 10. If you're shorter it might not be so short on you.

Have you looked at the videos on the link you shared ? There is very little coverage of a large portion of side boob and wondered if you had noticed this too , or are lucky enough to have gravity defying boobs, but less confirmed about your legs ?
