Love love love this dress but it's too short

I absolutely love this dress but I'm not confident enough to show my legs off. Anyone seen similar dresses in a longer length. Or any way I could create an underskirt or something?? Probably not, but thought I'd ask in case there are any fabulously creative minds here!

I think leggings would absolutely ruin the look though.

As PP said if you’re 5’3” it won’t be short at all.

I’d be more concerned that it’s see through, if you’re worried about flashing flesh. If I were you I would order it and try it on.

Don't you hate when a gorgeous dress doesn't think about modesty?? Not everyone has a bra for every occasion! They do make them but who has £50 to spend on every single one you'd need for these outfits!!

I swear they're making most clothes these days for women with boob jobs (or very small chests).

Probably need to examine the structure of this dress a bit more! I'm size 8 very petite on top- not much chest. Weirdly don't actually care very much about showing off the rest of my body. Just my legs I'm not as confident about!

Maybe buy it, try it, keep labels on and if it needs tweaking take it to a good alterations place and see what they can suggest? If they can't offer a good a solution you can return

Love it but yes bit out of my price range!

Don’t wear it with leggings; you really can’t wear them with anything. That’s a dress not a tunic.

@Starlightstarbright11 you sound the perfect size to look beautiful in it! I’ve used sheer tights from snag tights that look very , good with my tiny minis.
however, due to weight loss I have VERY baggy thigh skin - snags make my legs look normal and great, I’m a 4’11” size 6 so we are similar sizes for height - I say life’s too short and go for it. The dress is beautiful ♥️

You need those really thick tights that look like legs, the ones Taylor swift types wear when on tour. I can’t remember who makes them but they’re by some dance outfitters.

The model is just over five foot 8, so it will be five and a half inches longer on you, it’s got a nude coloured interior lining you can see on ine of the photos.

It's a US based company allegedly and certainly returns are to New Jersey and only for credit note or exchange. No refunds. Also can't cancel the order unless you do it within 2 hours otherwise you lose at least 5%

I suspect it is actually drop shipping based on the delivery times. It is definitely being made in China based on shipping times. The sheer number of dresses makes me even more certain.

OP have you tried a Google lens search on the dress. You might find something similar or find it on a different website for a lot less
