The dress-over-T-shirt-and jeans in the “People also browsed” isn’t waiting for the sale. It’s 20% off already. Described as “cotton blend” it’s 68% polyester.

Also, the same idea in reverse, consider this £99 Jaeger dress, where the contrasting dark coloured “cami underlay” (what we used to call an underskirt) is sold as part of the outfit. Is this any better for the High Court @DosPerros ?

A friend of mine had an over dress which looked amazing over a dress, but this styling is def not office appropriate imo.
