The Ultimate Wedding Guest Sandal

I am on the look out for mid sized block heel in gold. I want to be able to last the whole day and night in them. A pair to add to the wardrobe that will go with any dress. Bonus points if I can get a matching gold bag!

I never thought it would be possible to last thw day and night in a heel but my wedding shoes were the most comfortable things I've ever worn and lasted 13 hours in them but unfortunately the brand dont do gold sandals!

Esska?

I really like the next forever comfort shoes. I wore this to a wedding on Saturday, lasted till 11:30! https://www.next.co.uk/style/su929368/w14307

edited to add they have some more block style heels in the forever comfort range

Just coming on to say I misread the title as the ultimate wedding guest scandal and was disappointed mainly that there was no scandal in sight and also of course that it wasn’t yet another thread on a guest wearing a white dress to a wedding …. 😳

Nothing quite as amazing as Esska

Esska. So stylish, so comfortable.

I have worn them (including a gold pair) to the last several weddings we’ve been to and I’ve been asked where I’ve got them from at least once every time. Plus you can last all
day in them and dance with no issues.

I read that as 'The Ultimate Wedding Guest Scandal' - I was all primed for a juicey jeremy kyle/ MIL wore a white dress/Best Man shagged the bride/Bride came out as a post-op dude/MOH pregnant by the Groom. Most disappointed.

Sorry to disappoint

I’m looking for wedding guest shoes too. Those Esska ones are so beautiful, wish I had £150 to spare for a pair of shoes.

It is a lot but I bought these 5 years ago and have worn them to almost every event since. Metallics are a neutral and go with everything.

Mathair2 · Yesterday 22:04

Im sick of paying 50 here and there for shoes I want to kick off before the meal starts so that's why I've decided to invest in a pair.

I’m sure it’s a lot. I’m going to two weddings this year. But the last time I went to one or any event that required that type of show was 2 years ago. I’m not sure o go to enough events to warrant them!

But I am very, very tempted. I have a cobalt blue dress and a dark green dress for the weddings (one is a winter one). Assume gold would look good with both? Or maybe silver.

Sorry for hijacking thread! I’m not a style and beauty regular and love any advice on colour!

I have seen quite a few pairs of the esskas on vinted as I have also had my eye on a pair, for anyone who doesn’t want to fork out full price.

bakingdisasterqueen · Yesterday 23:07

Oh! I read the title as "wedding guest SCANDAL" and am now bitterly disappointed.
