What size should I be

I know everyone is different but if you are 5ft 6 and weigh 14st 4lbs roughly what size would you think you would be.

I’m a smidge shorter than you and I was a size 16 to 18 when I was that weight, but I would be shopping in the places where I knew they were the more generous sizes.

It completely depends on the shop & how you carry your weight but I’d say 18/20.

Depends on your measurements and the brand.
Measure your bust,waist and hips and check against size guide measurements .

16/18. I was 5ft 1 and nearly 13 stone. I was a 14/16. I’m now 8 1/2 stone and size 8-10.

Really? I'm 161cm, and I was an 18 when I weighed 80kg (12st8.4lb apparently) at my heaviest. I'm a fairly muscular/larger build too.

When my 5ft1 SIL weighed 15 stone, she was a size 22/24.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 11st and I'm a size 10/12 so I assume a chunk of my weight is muscle mass. It's so hard to gauge size based on weight alone.

Well I'm an 18 and nearer a 20 on the bottom half at 5 2 and 13 stone so this just proves that there's no easy answer to OPs question

That's my height and weight. I'm a size 16 mostly but can go up or down depending on shop/sizing.

No one can answer that. It depends on body composition as well, for example if you’re very muscular, where you hold your weight etc. why does it matter, just buy whatever size that fits.

At 13 stone i was a 16-18. more towards the 18.

So at 14 stone.. maybe an 18-20?

Depends on body shape/ boob size and shop. I’m a 1/2 stone less under that, same height, pear shape so 14 top 16 bottom. If you are all boobs/ tummy then potentially 18 top

What's stupid about it? It's only one size larger than you and people hold weight differently so could be different sizes at the same weight.

I'm 5ft 5, 10.5 stone and size 12-14. I suppose it shows you couldn't tell someone's dress size from their height and weight.

Muscle weighs more than fat so it depends on that. Probably 18ish??

18-20 I’d say. Speaking from experience.
