If anyone would like to swap their Bibbi Swimming Pool for a Liberty Tana Meadow then please DM me. I love the mintiness of the Bibbi but really can't stand anything vanilla scented!

this is the second box running where I am missing an item - thinking of cancelling as not that impressed by this since they started with the new unsealed boxes + the contents are getting a bit meh
mind you as I am a Pelegrims subscriber I am probably fed up with the Liberty boxes as the Pelegrims ones are fab

I loved my box this month. I use pk anyway and have done for years so for me that’s not a niche thing to try with what I expect from liberty. I do think of it as £15 a quarter as I use my beauty account as a savings account so I think for £15 a quarter it’s good value.

doglover73 Pelegrims is a much smaller brand and I happen to love a couple of their products so I signed up to their quarterly subscription box (£48) and you receive a selection of products often in advance of their release + you get a subscribers discount off every purchase - i appreciate it’s not the same as mixed high end products but it works for me

I thought it was weird they couldn’t even put a piece of sellotape over the box!

I’ve complained. I can’t normally be bothered, but I’ve really enjoyed the boxes up to now, and I’d like to continue enjoying them.

Previous boxes appear to have been carefully considered and a lovely intro into new and / or great products I might not otherwise have tried. This is what I thought they were intended as, and it’s certainly the reason I subscribed.

April’s is a bit cringe if I’m honest. Elasticizer?! Really? Everything else just seems a bit tired. EXCEPT: I do like trying the liberty fragrances, and I’m impressed with the full size grown alchemist product. However, I’m now wondering if the latter was thrown in to make up for a decidedly dicey box.

I’d love to continue with this subscription. It’s been so much better than any of the others. But I don’t think I will if they end up being just an ill considered way to shift old stock.

The hand cream is definitely the highlight for me as well. I like Omorovicza, so the moisturiser will get used. However, the rest of it isn’t remotely interesting. I wanted to try different brands (not more Liberty/Bibbi perfume and Elasticizer!). I liked the boxes with the little pocket mirror and cosmetic pouch, so more things like that would be great.

that’s good to hear.GA haven’t replied to me yet. I’m pretty sure mine is off though. The texture isn’t right - slightly split and the smell is fusty. I’ve emailed liberty so hopefully it’s a just a one off

@restingwitchfaces - it sounds as if yours may well be off - hopefully Liberty will replace it.

I think I will start using mine soon to check it’s ok, too.

Just had a look through my archives, and the BD in April four years ago was when we received the bag of coffee scrub; remember the issues we all had trying to clean our bathrooms after using that 😂
We also had the rosemary scented L:A Bruket lotion that made us smell like a roast dinner!
However, it also contained the OTO CBD sleep drops which was a great new product to try.

This April’s box is so boring in comparison…

Wow what a different box!!! This one just feels very functional, ok but boring!!
I was going to buy some Lisa Eldridge make up today as there’s a GWP but it’s literally a make up bag, and LE is excluded from the discount so I’m going to leave it I think! Not overly impressed by rewards week this time!

I think I'm going to cancel my Beauty Drop. I can get 10% student discount anyway so don't need that perk and I'm still miffed that they changed the BD box design (honestly, it doesn't take much to piss me off 😂)

DSis has promised to get me the Harrods Advent Calendar this year so I've no need to save for the Liberty one. If there's stuff in the AC that I really want I'll scour Vinted.

Well that's annoying. The min spend for the Lisa Eldridge GWP was £50 so I added items to my basket and the GWP was added. I paid for my order and then on checking the confirmation email the GWP was missing. After going back to the website they have increased the minimum spend to £60! They haven't updated The drop week Ts&Cs either. I only waited until today because I really wanted the makeup bag.

I sent an email to them yesterday to check that Ouai products were a qualifying purchase for the competition, as when you clicked through the competition email Ouai products weren’t in that edit. I didn’t get a reply so placed an order for Ouai St Bart’s shower gel (which I can get cheaper on Cult Beauty with their ever going discounts) and asked them to confirm my entry. It’s not very clear. I really wanted the Bath and Body kit but missed out and I could always do with new towels 😄

I was given the Lisa Eldridge make up bag for buying a few things from their counter, so to me it seems like another norm dressed up as a special week offer when it’s not. Though I’m saying that as someone who lives in London and visits the store. It’s a great make up bag! Really useful actually.

I keep BD going, I’ll always appreciate it as it gives me that “ooh” buzz and I like talking about it here. Even if it’s boring the stuff in it is appreciated by friends or easily sold on Vinted.

Thanks you’re right! It wasn’t showing earlier and t&cs say it doesn’t include LE!! Now I need to decide whether to buy 2 liquid eye shadows ( loved the one in the 24 advent) or a palette🤔

I've emailed to beg them not to add elasticiser again.

It's meant to be a discovery box! Not a get rid of that stuff in the warehouse box!

@BakeOffRewatch I also bought from the edit section because I'm still sore about missing out on the bath and body kit through procrastinating.
I ordered Ortigia, which was in the edit, but still no confirmation of entry.
I know Liberty say entry is automatic, but I would have liked a tick box for entry at checkout, or a confirmation of entry.
