Its not too bad today. I used laura geller balance and brighten yesterday as was in a rush. I can only use that when my skins looks ok as it shows up dry bits. Thanks for checking x🥰

New kit from selfridges.
100ml mirror water oil which many seem to love.
I've got the bamford mist which is my least favourite. OTO is fave followed by this works.

My favourite shower gels are the ones from Lush. They feel the nicest on the skin of all the shower gels I’ve tried, but I know their scents aren’t always for everyone.

Korres have some lovely scents and there are usually a few going cheap on Notino.

Tree Hut shower gels are also great.

Am generally fairskinned with v rosy cheeks - which of these is better for redness, do y'all think?

I've got both, I didn't notice any benefit from the serum I've stopped using it. I also got the balm and whilst nice moisturiser it didn't give any redness benefits.
Azelaic acid is good for red cheeks Q+As is a gentle one to start with. I'm currently using Kisocares 15% after I upset my skin with decree serum.
Red correct green cream is fab imo - I put it on over moisturiser and use as a light foundation, you can build layers and works for fair skin. Looks great on teams calls too so slap it on beforehand just to not look like hell.
Red light mask also helps with my redness but need to be consistent.

Evri have now ‘found’ my parcel at the Fairy’s local depot and rescheduling it. So it was never out for delivery at all. I shall inspect it very carefully on arrival.

Hi, sorry for the long post.
I wonder if anyone ever heard of perfume missing in a sealed package?
I sold MP Vanilla Powder on Vinted and the buyer suspended transaction stating that the box only had an atomiser but no actual perfume inside. The box was new and sealed so obvs I had no way of checking before posting and the buyer has over 400 5* reviews so not sure if she is trying to scam or not. She sent a lowball offer initially and accepted my counter offer. With all the scamming going on Vinted it is hard to trust someone even with good reviews.
I told her to return the parcel at her own cost but now doubting my self is case she is genuine.
What do you lot think?

I second @BlueLimes suggestion of the Sol de janeiro purple shower gel, I am currently using this one and it’s lovely! Also a little goes a long way with it

@HolaLolla Was this out of a fragrance advent? If so, I sold a couple of them and had no such issues, so it does seem a bit odd.
Ultimately you’re sold it based on what the packaging says and it was sealed so clearly not tempered with, but if you want to save your good feedback rating then offering a return is best option.
Thing is they could easily replace the product and claim that’s what they received. It’s stuff like this that puts me off selling on Vinted

@HolaLolla - it is possible that this was theft at the packing stage or human error - someone has to put the bottle physically into the box.

I’d be more inclined to believe this than the buyer trying it on - she’d probably have said the whole box was empty.

Either way, and unfortunately, you don’t really have a choice but to get her to send it back.

I would then contact Liberty CS and tell them the bottle is missing and can they replace it.

@HolaLolla i guess there is a chance that it could've been packaged without the fragrance inside, but I think you've been scammed. The only thing you can do is raise it with the retailer who sold you the AC? Was it the HN FAC?

@Sminty2 mine is now on the move too 😊 It's arrived to the senders sorting facility. I've got a feeling it's not going to arrive though. MA Holt hasn't even posted the one I bought from him yet 🙄 I know they get days to post, but with a pro seller, I expect prompt dispatch!

@HolaLolla Unfortunately ratings dont mean alot on Vinted as negative feedback if challenged is removed, and in some cases of dispute you cant leave feedback. I think you'd have known if there was just an atomiser rolling around without the weight of the bottle. Did you weigh the package before sending? If so weigh it against what comes back, which should give you a definitive answer. Unfortunately Vinted always side with the customer due to payment protection but if your pictures clearly show it sealed, I would let Vinted know as they may do a discretionary refund to you too for the value.

Just off the phone with Liberty, they are sending a replacement.
I am more inclined to think she is scamming, she said she had one in the advent cal her self and was delighted to find another one on Vinted, I find that weird because Vinted is saturated with VP and they are definitely not hard to find.
I will issue a refund and if the perfume was genuinely missing at least she is not out of pocket for postage, it it was a scam I believe in Karma 😂

The Matiere Powder Vanilla box is freakishly light, tbf, because the bottle is tiny and the two components are in separate cardboard sections. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to tell if the bottle was in there or not unless I had had another one on hand to weigh against.

I’m not saying the buyer isn’t trying it on, but it’s certainly possible she’s telling the truth.

I would think you would have a pretty good shot at getting Liberty CS to either replace it or give you an alternative product, (especially if other people have contacted them about the same issue).

This is the problem with Vinted, buyers almost always get their way, and I am very careful with who I sell to, like I someone has no reviews and its something expensive I usually cancel the order. For less expensive items I take videos etc, but this buyer had loads of great reviews and was selling some calendar items so I had no concerns.

no I am thinking it is actually easier to get away with scamming if you have loads of good reviews.
at the same time maybe the perfume was really missing 🙈

Was yours on Vinted cheaper than others? There are lots on there and on eBay - but very pricey.

It was only a tiny 6ml bottle, so would have been hard to notice weight wise.
thankfully Liberty are sending a replacement, so at least I am not losing out.
