I’ve been quite virtuous today - I have sent two bags of clothes, etc. to the charity shop and listed a few things on eBay that I have given up on fitting into again 😿

I have tons more stuff, but I am so lazy and I absolutely hate doing it. I know Vinted is better for selling clothes, but I’m not going there.

Having said that, I have broken my no-Vinted buying rule and have two make up organisers en route. 🤞they are ok!

I’m also feeling pleased with myself as, whilst rooting in cupboards, I found some nice posters acquired on a long-ago holiday that just needed frames. I had completely forgotten about them 🙈 I was able to use eBay credit and an Amazon gift card to pay for my two orders, so FREE!

Some of the travel edits though are good though. I think we're all just fed up of seeing the same stuff in the edits, which we were a bit like that with some of the advents, if I remember correctly 🤔 let's hope for some newness soon 🙏

I bought the WA edit yesterday, received today and I'm trying to decide if to keep or return. I did buy it with a code, and £5 credit, so it was £58, but I'm wondering if I should get a few ysl blushers instead.

I did however but WAS Hydrobalm in Bob with the SNK code today and £5 credit, so it was only £31. Excited to try it. The Hydrobalms are now stocked at Liberty too so if it’s nice I might buy one or two more with my Liberty rewards.

@JoRaRaRa Traditionally I’ve not been a fan of tiny bottles of things as I’d never get around to using them but I’m starting to make better use of my Liberty beauty boxes… so maybe!

The CB saga continues. They have again asked me for a photo of the smudge on the blush - which I sent in my first message 2 weeks ago! Apparently they are taking it seriously - I beg to differ!
I will not be purchasing anything from them again! If I’m tempted please remind me of this!! 😵‍💫

I walked around the house to find the best lighting to create the biggest shadow on the smudge 🤣 I've had another message from them to say that they will contact me to send my replacement. I don't want it replacing, they'll probably just send me the same one 🙈

They are saying I haven’t sent a photo of the smudge - I did take a few just in case they needed different angles.

I can’t believe I’ve had all of this back and forth for 2 weeks just to get a returns label/code!
I’ve told them they have got 48 hours to sort it or I’ll be escalating it.
I’ve never done a charge back with my bank before but I’ve had a quick check and looks like I can submit a claim.

I was really starting to like ordering from them, but I don’t trust their quality control or customer service anymore so I wouldn’t want to order anything else

CB customer service is awful. They only engage if you go on to trust pilot. Then someone sorts it immediately. My first order with them something was gone off. Went round the houses like @JoRaRaRa and @Thelifeofawife and then a nice poster here advised me to go to trust pilot

i now only order stuff that is promoted on there like new releases and edits

I’m really not impressed by how much work you are having to do, to fix an error they made!

Do they have a Facebook or similar page for a little gentle shaming?

This is really poor performance from Cult Beauty . I have had two issues with them in the past. A smashed candle and a bottle of 90 vitamins which only had a expiry of 2 months and both were just automatically refunded with no return necessary. I don’t understand why they are making it so difficult for you with the Gucci Blushes especially as you both have the same issue and I am sure others will as well
