Have you cleared your history/cache? If you don’t, it just reloads the cache and settings.
Log out completely and then clear your history, you will have to log back into everything but it should clear the issue.

I think it all depends on who you get replying to you. I was asked for the initial photo and batch number to begin with. I can see that they've received it but I've not heard anything more from them. I hope you get it sorted soon.

Oh and it was 4 numbers for the batch code. I've just looked and I took a photo of it - 5245.

Some reviews say it’s sticky and useless, others claim it works miracles!

I need something for my upper lip - it seems to have developed wrinkles overnight 🙀

I don’t think it’s got retinol in it, (retinol is a no-no for me).

Lib doesn't have anything standout for me for the £80 value, This one last year had the Argentum perfume which tipped me over and was worth over £500 with better brands imo. The glow screen and laneige is all I'd be interested in.
