As posted on the last thread - I've just had an email from CB cancelling one of my 40% off orders - I certainly didn't ask for it to be cancelled so wondering if more cancellations will follow?

@keepincool I’ve had shipping notifications for all of mine. Did you receive the cancellation after a shipping notification? What did they cancel (if you don’t mind me asking!).

I am impressed with myself that I haven’t yet opened my Lumene advent calendar, which I am saving for April!

I've only had the shipping notification for the extras I bought with the advent calendar. I'm not really bothered about those items to be honest. The rest are still processing. If my orders get cancelled, I don't think I'll be too upset but it'll be annoying that I was too busy browsing cult beauty and now I need to work over the weekend 🤣

Actually I tell a lie, my second last order is still processing. Which is all Aesop hand soap and a conditioner.

That's a shame. Did this happen last time? Mine is already with Royal Mail so lucky timing I guess.

I suppose I can't blame them when they realised the rogue code had escaped again. They'll be imprisoning it like Hannibal Lecter going forward. 😂

I just got the cancellation emails for all of my orders 🙈🙈 not too bothered (apart from the perfume) as initially was only buying a mascara, the rest was just me stockpiling while the stuff was cheap 😂
for some reason there was no next day deliver option for me, perhaps because I am in NI.
I suppose this is the universe saving me from a divorce 😬😂

I've had shipping notification for the first perfume order, but not for the 2 following orders. The one that they cancelled was the Erborian BB cream and Vieve bronzer one 😭

I've asked them to reinstate the order - not sure that they will.

My one order has been shipped so looking good for me. I would have ordered more of I’d had the chance.

Does anyone know if you can use recycle me vouchers at the same time as a discount code? I’ve decided I really need the arctic rose and fresh coral Gucci blushes and can get them down to 33.60 each with codes. If a recycle voucher works on top of that, it would be brilliant- I have so much stuff ready to recycle.

After cancelling my CB K beauty box order the other day I went and bought a load of skincare from Look Fantastic and Boots instead. All on good offers and mainly minis though.

I’m waiting on a good perfume edit. I’ve tried pretty much everything in the upcoming CB one. Shame it doesn’t look like they’re doing several different ones like last year.

That's bad luck as I assume you ordered before the rest of us. I would have thought it was the later orders that got caught and cancelled. Maybe they don't process by time?

Not sure. I stopped bothering with the recycle scheme when it changed as it seemed nobody could get the codes to work properly. Are they better now?

@HolaLolla Oh no, that’s rotten luck! I got offered free next day delivery with a few of mine which may have helped them go through.

Honestly, I am weirdly ok about it, it was almost too good to be true and I was spending silly money on stuff I dis not really need 🙈

I wonder if it's the ones with more items that have been pulled as they take longer to pack? Moving round the warehouse etc. I placed my order not long after Holalolla posted, but it was 10 items, it's still showing as processing and I think it'll be cancelled soon 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also haven’t used them at all since the changes but someone mentioned using a recycle me voucher a few days ago. IIRC, the changes meant they could only be used on full price items. I think someone mentioned a few days ago they had used one successfully on the radiant glow edit. I might be mistaken.

I paid for NDD on one of mine as I thought it would then be more likely to go through 🤣 maybe not!

might have been me - I used one on Rituals of Radiance edit. It worked and I got the fiver off.

Mine had 4 items but they were all Gucci blushes so presumably on the same shelf. 😂
