Royal Style: Hoping for Yuletide shimmer, but not too many green coats!

Evening! Just setting up the next thread in case the other one fills up!

I was using a bit of poetic licence to match with the king and queen when I referred to the coat as beige. It is indeed camel and is paired with what looks like camel ‘slacks’. Her hair is a bit soft and fluffy looking from the back but I prefer it to the sausage curls she often wears!

Kate has a nice modern silhouette with the coat, trousers (not too long, not skinny) and actual sensible boots/shoes and no high heels!
I really like her look there.

Peeked in, but I see we're still in 'smart wool coat' season (ugh)...

Only just spotted it, but she's ditched the heels and is wearing flats!

I don’t think the camel colour suits Kate.

I dont mind the colour but I wish she’d ditch the polos.Also the trousers are way too long for flats ( If they are long on her ,who on earth were they designed for?!)

Love the coat, but that view of the trousers from the back is making me think of pyjamas.

I love the coat but I nearly always love a camelhair coat. The overall look is much younger (as in like a woman of her age) than she usually wears. I'm beginning to think the hair in all and any of its manifestations is designed to torment me :)

Maxima in a cape!
But it's grey 🙁

I quite like soft grey although it’s very toned down for Maxima. But it’s cashmere and it looks like she is wearing the matching cashmere dress underneath. And her hair is well coiffed and a good length ie not too long. Take note Kate!

Now…. The king’s trousers look clingy! It’s very cold in Northern Europe at the moment and he has no coat on. Do you think he has thermals on under his suit and the suit trousers are clinging to the thermals? It looks like something is stopping his trousers from hanging properly!

I’ve fallen in love with the mini Yacht cardigan in brown.
At over £1500 I’ll only buy it in my dreams 😀

I'm not the biggest fan of grey but the fabric looks lovely and cosy and Max's hair looks great.

Her hair does look nice. Plus I like her earrings.

Im not sure about this outfit at all but I like her hairstyle and she looks very happy to be there. But it was cold!

Here she is! I love the coat.

Victoria Beckham khaki trousers and polo sweater, orange checked coat (although it looks more red to me in the pictures). Great outfit, weather appropriate and good use of colour.

I love that coat. I looked at the video Hello had of her best fashion moments. She really has looked stunning in some of her evening wear.

Hiut Denim. The jeans company Catherine visited rang a bell I recalled Meghan wearing Welsh jeans. And yes same company. Sadly they sold it recently to a German company.

I like that coat. Lots of textile visiting just now. I would enjoy that.
