I like brown (and grey apologies) but that's s lot of different shades. It is OK.
She looks so much younger without the Rapunzel hair.

She puts on a different outfit later. Also browns!

Love Kate's tweed blazer but those brown trousers look like something from the Bon Marché sale.

When they do that, where do they change? Surely not in the back of a car?!

That outfit is dire, the jacket is lovely but all together it’s awful. Love the second outdoor outfit and her hair is gorgeous in a plait.

Meanwhile Charlene was at a Pontifical Mass, looking very chic and not in brown or grey 👍.
I normally don't like headband hats, but I like her overall look. Lovely hair and makeup.

I like an all brown outfit and would happily take that tweed blazer off her hands, but the trousers are…..not great!

Oof, those trousers look like what my gran would've called "slacks". I think it's high time Kate found a replacement for Natasha Archer!

Char looks fabulous there, also not a fan of royal headbands but this one is tres chic!
Kate's plait looks lovely. Like pp, I like her top half but those trews need to be put in the charity bag! Love brown tonal shades, but that's a step too far!

She looks really gorgeous at the moment, it's nice to see her restored to health.

Kate in all the browns was not a good look. And then the skinnies. They looked dreadful.

Yes to slacks! All I can see is nylon/polyester…and not in a good way.

Really like her hiking outfit though. I’m with Catherine for wearing skinnies on this type of thing, trousers seem to irritate me when out on walks. Closer to the skin, the better.

Here are Charles and Camilla lighting candles for Holocaust Memorial Day.
Interesting notes about her brooch. It's very striking and was Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee brooch. She wore it to the late Queen's funeral.
There's also a picture of her wearing it on a beautiful blue velvet dress.

I'm glad they acknowledged Holocaust Memorial Day. They are supportive of survivors, and I know they've spoken to many.
Charles' visit to Auschwitz was the first visit by a UK monarch, last year, on the 80th anniversary of it's liberation.

Son and partner visited Auschwitz last year. They were deeply affected.

It's not just the war though or just the camps. Many died at russian hands. Many have died since. The Holocaust seems such a long time ago to today's young people. Unless you do get to visit a camp

It's a compulsory part of the curriculum, studied in yr9. It's a very difficult subject to teach, very harrowing, but very necessary.

Yes definitely, you don't want flappy trousers while you're out on a hike!
