Here’s a thing - cord trousers

I need some cords - I’ve fallen out of love with jeans and I’m hunting for a nice pair of cords if anyone can recommend any nice ones please? Not geography teacher style mind you. 🙂

OMG this! I loved my M&S olive flared cords but this happened first wash.

I have been looking for cords for a couple of months - all I want is straight leg cords that are NOT high-waisted - Mid rise / low rise / any rise but high. Sort of like a Levi 501 shape. Don't even mind it it is slightly wider/loser than that.

I have been to:Anthropologie/Seasat/FatFace/M&S/Zara/H&M/Fenwick/Uniqlo/Hush/Hobbs/Me+Em and Bershka.

Nothing. Nada. Zip
Everything is either high wasted or super skinny.

If anyone has come across anything that fits that description, I would love to know about it, please and thank you!

I tried these. They were blissfully cosy, but with the gathered elasticated waist and wide leg, they weren't all that flattering as there was no part that was fitted. It can work with a thinner fabric but I felt a bit like a clothed teddy bear. But they were comfortable.

Never had this ever. I have a top loader washing machine. Wonderbif that makes a difference.

Bought these in JL in khaki and I'm very happy with them. I'm only 5'2", but am relatively long legged and these are a perfect length.
