Those of you who have put in claims before for missing Top Cash Back - what is your success rate like? I put in 3 claims for Liberty which didn't track and I've now had this message for all of them which just isn't true. I kept all the orders, nothing was changed, cancelled or returned.
We’ve heard back from your claim and have been told that cashback cannot be awarded for the following reason:
"This order was either fully or partly cancelled, changed or returned."
This declined reason can also happen when there’s an issue with the order which leads to a new order number being given to your order.
If you think this is incorrect, please provide us with some further info on why this may be the case and we may be able to further challenge this for you.
