Oh fab! Exciting! I haven't signed up to a subscription before. It seems very generous though! I pay £20/then £25 per month, but I get that back anyway and free P&P on everything? Excellent stuff

When you go onto the £25 per month rate, you only get credit for £20. So, effectively, the benefits (free boxes/postage/discounts etc) are costing you £5 per month.

does Anyone know how long you need to be unsubscribed to be sent the 3 for £20 offer? I’m a bit miffed that loyal subscribers are disadvantaged.

I’ve missed skincare day, I would like to use make up day to buy the Lisa Eldridge Sequin lip gloss set, and perfume day for the Ex Nihilo Spiky Muse. Feels great to have not bought a pricey AC and buy stuff I really want again though I feel like a terrible OP on the AC thread.

It is a shame everything is out of stock online.

First time subscribers to The Beauty Drop who subscribe for The Beauty Drop monthly subscription (the “Beauty Drop Subscription”) after 00:01am on 23 September 2025 will be entitled to £5 off the total monthly cost of the first three months of their Beauty Drop Subscription (the “Beauty Drop Discount”), subject to the terms below.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, those who were subscribers to The Beauty Drop at the launch of this promotion and who subsequently cancel their subscription and resubscribe shall not be eligible for the Beauty Drop Discount.

Point 2. Very annoying.

The 20% off doesn’t work for me when I’m logged in - can anyone else see it working?

I can’t see the Lisa Eldridge holiday collection on Liberty. Where have they hidden t it? I’ve only seen it from LE direct. Those lipglosses look stunning.

Yes it's still working. Are you sure you're still logged in? I find Liberty logs you out frequently and you can look like you're still logged in. I was browsing earlier and had to re-log in about 3 times.

Oh it doesn’t apply to Lisa Eldridge ☹️. I wanted to stock up on more of the flannels. Really soft and large. Guessing that means there won’t be the make up discount either then.

I was going to go into store. The T&Cs has a brand exclusion list for the 20% off skincare but doesn’t mention Lisa Eldridge. Should I order then raise a CS request that it didn’t work? Could be a glitch. LE flannel and cleanser is listed in the skincare link from the reward page.

I think my LE lipgloss will arrive tomorrow. I only bought one. I was being restrained but now wondering if I should have just got the set. They are quite sparkly though and I only have so many occasions for very fancy lipgloss. Not really a work lip.

I've also purchased the lip gloss. Did you get the chameleon chaos one? I also went for the rosalie eye shadow - it looked nice on the older model so I chanced it.

Hmph scrolling through the list of skincare - the normal SUQQU stuff is included but not the £££ Suqqu VIALUME. I bought the SUQQU SPF in the 10% off last week. I wonder if it’s website glitch or just an annoying offer

Yes and the greyish/green shadow (can't remember the name).

It was like this on the last members week. There's lot's of exclusions even within brands where some stuff is included. I assume the brands agree to the inclusion and can specify lines they want exempt.

Thanks @OvaHere . I didn’t look at all during last rewards week as was still considering a “stocking up” AC. At least with Cult Beauty, it’s universal and I see the deal email and go and get what I want. Can’t be bothering with being marketed a deal and then having to figure out what applies. So I’ll probably just ignore the emails in future! Certainly won’t be bothering to visit the store for rewards week like I was planning to on Make up and Fragrance day - would be so annoying to go and then find what I want isn’t included.

I was in liberty today and the lady at Suuqu tried to upsell me the Aquafons skincare via the 20%off.

@BakeOffRewatch I wish they'd allow you to filter by what is actually included. You have to scroll through all the skincare listings to figure it out. Unless I'm being dense and there is a way of doing this?

FWIW the Aquafons lotion is my favourite hydrating product. Nobody likes being upsold to though.

I tried, so I don’t think so or we’re both in the being dense club 😁. I filtered by brands I’m interested in (not Skin rocks!) and scrolled through. Hence annoyance about SUQQU VIALUME. They gave me a sample pack one year and it lasted ages and was amazing.

Maybe you'll be lucky and they'll put some in the BD box.

I'm still eyeing up the Kensington plum one. I contacted LE cs who said that it is already on sale at SNK, but I can't see it on there 😕 They said that the lip gloss trio is LE exclusive but individuals were already on sale. Can anyone else see them?

I tried Space NK too and they’re not showing for me. The LE site are out of stock of the trio, so I bought the individual ones. They’re so gorgeous and I prefer lip gloss on its own to full on lipstick. I was hoping Liberty would do them, but no such luck!
