That is a collection. Not Queen Mary level but lovely.

QE2 wore a lot of sherbet colour type outfits. Block colours, coat presumably frock to match underneath. Camilla avoids that look completely.

Unlike QE2, Camilla doesn't want to stand out in a crowd so chooses vanilla colours and styles that actually suit her. I sort of remember her saying, years ago, that she liked being married to Charles but wasn't looking forward to the time when she would always be on parade (paraphrasing here!).

As someone who really didn't want the job she's doing very well through thick and thin.

I do think in latter years, under the guidance of Angela Kelly that the Queen upped her game style wise @WhistlingStraits

Angela Kelly outfits were unique . I can't imagine anyone else but the late queen wearing block primary colours! They were fabulous.
Camillas outfits are her own style. They do look easy to wear!

Going to be a stadium of royals tonight. Apparently both Spanish princesses will be there with the king and Charlotte and George are there with William.

Oops apparently George isn’t there, it’s just Charlotte. Let’s hear it for the girls! Although maybe that slightly implies watching women’s football is not for boys which is not a good view to give.

@Chouxit is nice just the two of them. I think it was always going to be a dam prince William if he brought both or just one.

Does is give the view that watching men's football isn't for girls when just George and William are are men's matches?

Looks a lovely exhibition

I rarely post on these threads but have been an avid reader from the start.
I come here for a catch up each evening and can be quite grumpy when there aren't many posts for me.

Anyway, I went to the exhibition at Kensington and the Fife tiara is amazing. Dh had to literally drag me away.
I'm really excited to be going to the V&A on Friday to see the jewels there. I'm taking DD to this one, I feel she will be much more appreciative.
I will try and take some tiara pictures.

Yes they do look odd and make him look the worst turned out in the photo. If I were to guess I would say his valet has oversteamed the suit and the interfacing has shrunk.

I love Charlotte's floaty spotty dress and cardigan combo! Lovely to see dad and daughter together at the football.

Charlotte looks lovely there but I think I’d take an inch or two off the end of her hair.
