it's pretty late forties early fifties imo, i'm thinking that a small platform peeptoe sandal (not unlike my styleesh grandma used to wear) would be good.

they were white, small platform, a wedge but not a full one, the sole wasn't flat. and the upper was a kind of ruched leather peep toe. sounds revolting, but was nice.

those straps are bowfing, let's be honest. the KG ones are v good (and am now considering fuschia for the first time) but i'd get stuck in the grass...
