Look Fantastic Advent Calendar Daily Opening

Hey, is there anyone out there that wants to join me in a daily opening of the Look Fantastic calendar? Day One looks to be a good start!

I liked the Estée Lauder serum. I opened it a month ago and I'm still using it, that little bottle goes a long way.

The scalp serum was underwhelming. I did use it but it felt pointless.

I liked the candle, haven't tried the primer yet.

I got a mini version of the candle in last month's LF beauty box, so the big one will be regifted to my mum.

I can't decide whether the candle is a bit too fruity for me. Did we all get the same scent? Does anyone know what the scents is called?

Today's is an Aveeno body moisturiser. Not particularly exciting but I'll definitely use it so good one for me today.

My candle says 'Rituals of Sakura' on the bottom, their Sakura scent is described on website as "'signature sweet cherry blossom scent'.

I’ve just lit my candle for the first time and so far I love the smell. Here’s hoping it doesn’t get sickly.

i also tried the avant primer and love it. It’s one of the few that seems to make a noticeable difference.

I’ve been very happy with my calendar so far, but I’d like a bit more make up.

I'm loving this morning's offering - a Mac lipstick.

I usually get the Mac advent calendar but it gets a bit repetitive, hence the change to this one. It's nice to get some Mac though and this lippy is a gorgeous colour.

Just thrilled with today's gift - I am a huge MAC fan and have about 20 of their lipsticks but not this shade. Love it, love it, love it!
Think I'm going to wear it for my Christmas party tonight. Going to have a look on TikTok to see what liner they recommend wearing it - I have about 10 of those so am sure one matches.
A real surprise - was not expecting something so fab!

Today's sounds great. I've made a mistake and opened 14 instead of 13 this mornin. I'm happy with tomorrow's but I won't say what it is. I'm going to open 13 tomorrow instead

I love MAC lipsticks too but not this colour.
It's too dark for me.

I didn't mind the Aveeno moisturiser, felt fine. Not a lipstick fan so the MAC lipstick wasn't really one for me.

I love MAC lipstick but this one is too dark for me so am going to add it to a hamper for my mum for mother's day. I have tried the hair serum and am going to keep up with it and see if it makes any difference. I've kept the aveeno for my son as we use it to manage his eczema.

Not a big fan of the masks as I prefer sheet masks, but they’ll be good regifts.

But I love the MAC lipstick, it’s the perfect colour for me.

Another disappointing day for me. I don't even know what product these get used with. This calendar hasn't been worth the price tag for me yet Xmas Sad

Loving the calendar so far. Highlights have been the Mac lipstick and the Rituals candle which I think has the best burn and throw of any candle I've ever bought. Not very exciting today but I knew they were in there and dd needs some so they were earmarked straight for her stocking anyway. For anyone that uses powder they seem lovely quality.

This is the first time I've been disappointed in the calendar so far - I have forgotten everything that's in it so wasn't expecting powder puffs. I don't use powder, so it's on the pointless side for me.

One of the few who's delighted with the powder puffs - I use powder every day and have only ever bought the cheap Amazon version of these so looking forward to trying them.

I'm keeping one of the face masks for me and popping the other into neice's present.

What sort of powder do you use them with? I use powder foundation but that goes on with a brush.

Teen dd uses loose translucent powder or just the usual block setting powder

Nice looking and feeling powder puffs. I'm another one that don't use them though.
