Look Fantastic Advent Calendar Daily Opening

Hey, is there anyone out there that wants to join me in a daily opening of the Look Fantastic calendar? Day One looks to be a good start!

Not sure about today's lip gloss. It's a nice colour and the smell isn't too strong. I do find that it's not too sticky when I first apply but it gets stickier after a few minutes. Not my favourite lipgloss but I will try to use it up.

I opened the lipgloss either my daughter this morning and let her use it first and her lips looked huge after! I can't wait to wear it properly.

I am really happy with today although it will be going in daughter's stocking as i am not a lip gloss wearer, she will love it though!

My drawer 5 is a substitute but by total chance also has a lippy theme.
A Clinique Black Honey mini, which I was keen to try after DD put it on her Christmas wish list. (She's got the full sized one to open on the 25th, this was part of a GWP)

I bought the clinique black honey the other day, it's a lovely subtle colour.

Really like todays. Teen dd loves this brand so it was going to go straight in her stocking but I had a little try and I love it.

I’m confused… what are the substitute products people have?

They are substitutes that people have put in themselves, for drawers where they didn't like the LF product. Agree it's a bit confusing to be featuring them on the thread.

No. I did explain when I joined this thread that I saw from the contents list months ago that there was a few I wouldn't use, so I bought some other things instead and then replaced those items in as random and 'blind' way as I possibly could so as to still get as much of a surprise. Basically just did upfront what lots of folk do with their unwanted items once opened.
I thought, having explained what I'd done when I first posted and that it's only affected a few drawers, it might still be ok to post - we all know that one person's DoD is another person's ride or die product.
But I'll post on the waifs and strays thread instead to keep things clear on here.

Hope you're all smelling fabulous this morning! I absolutely love it and not something I'd ever purchase myself. Considering it would cost €24 if I were to buy it here, I think it's an excellent inclusion.

Hey, sorry I didn’t get chance to post the last couple of days but work was mad. I love the eye serum and the lip gloss. Not that keen on the scent from today’s item so I’ll probably swap with my friend. She recently got a perfume in her Anthropologie calendar that she’s not that keen on.

Happy with todays as it's on dd's present list so will save me a buy!!

Pleased with today's offering..going to give to my niece with some money for Christmas.

DD16 also loves Sol de Janeiro but I've already got her another perfume from the range.

Could people post what the actual item is rather than just commenting on it please? 😀

I was afraid of spoiling the surprise for people as I open it early - but am guessing people will open it before coming on the thread here so probably being over cautious.

I think 7am is the agreed time so posting after that is fine.

I haven't tried today's fragrance yet because I'm really particular with perfume. I find a lot of perfumes give me a headache and make me feel a bit weird. Not sure if I should even bother opening it or just regift instead. Can anyone describe it? Is it really sickly sweet?

What colour/number scent did everyone get? I don’t think the perfume was listed in the description of what’s in the calendar??

Yes, it is quite a sweet smell.

Mine was 59 and purple

Yes, mine is the 59 purple.
I think it's slightly less sweet than the pink one.
