I have Space NK and Grüum to open. Are we opening them each day on here or are there AC specific threads that I've not found yet??

On actual beauty, I have H&B - but I'm much more excited about Paxton and Whitfield!

I think there will be sleep if threads for the popular calendars, but it would be fun to share openings on here too (especially for the less popular ones that may not have their own thread)

Getting excited now. Might save the eBay charity one for Jadvent though.

Vogue are getting a bit desperate, Instagramers are promoting quite a lot today. No discounts as far as I'm aware.

I have an old Rituals calendar courtesy of Bicester Village and this year’s Shiseido.

I have actually used up a few things this week, so am not feeling quite as guilty about my existing horde!

I’ve got Space NK and John Lewis - I took out the things I didn’t want from both and sold them so not sure how I’m going to follow an opening thread 😅
My idea was to condense them all into one calendar, but now I don’t know whether to just wing it and see what I’ve got in each per day, and hope there isn’t an empty day in both

Re: My GlossyBox - I have just realised that the reason it was soooo rubbish is that nearly everything is missing and I have just been left with the tat.

I have emailed them with a picture, but am not hopeful.

Waifs and Strays covers the odd ones. It's much more enjoyable than the specific ones I think.

And I'm just as excited to hear about it. It looks amazing.

I have Grüum too. I haven't decided whether to open it next month or in January. If I do i open it next month, waifs and strays would be the thread for it. I also have H&B and HN fragrance. The fragrance one is for the 12 days up to little Christmas.

I have been inundated with marketing from them, I find their different offerings quite confusing.

I have the M&S one. Looking forward to it. I've had H&B the last few years so am feeling posh this year 😁

How many people have the JL calendar? I'm not sure if it will need its own opening thread?

SpaceNk for December for me. For first year ever I have not opened it or studied the content!

It doesn’t seem like a lot of people have the Liberty calendar - just me and @Growlybear83 ?

The whole point of these threads are to discuss the contents and value as people decided which to buy, including spreadsheets!, so I agree if you don’t want to know what’s in them at all then these threads are best avoided.

With the watershed for spoilers (like 7am) on the opening threads, I thought that was to give a standard time for the new day for people who live in different time zones, or work night shifts, or sleep schedule all over the place with newborns. The point of the threads is to have a nice discussion together with others so that rule helps people take part and enjoy it right? I’ve noticed across these threads people use the ACs all so differently, you could say this one is already an opening thread lol!

I see the Fenwicks advent is now £180. I think it is still overpriced.

I was not impressed by Space NK fragrance this year. The saving was that I managed to sell few and it made the few I kept more reasonable deal. Last year they did much better

@MiaN I am not as knowledgeable as you about niche fragrance , am more a department store customer , but really love perfume .

I have opened days 1-6 so far and I honestly do not like any of them I am so disappointed! And two of them I can't get any smell off them .. I've tried skin and clothing and sniffed all day but nothing much at all

I think I'm a mass market person 😆
