I find Naxos really cool scent, I really wish my son did not convince me to give it to him. I love that it smells different every time you sniff it - you don't know which way it will hit you - sweet from the honey, comforting from the lavender, smokey form the tabaco, citrusy at times. It's fun. I don't think I need full bottle but would love 15ml.
I have 15ml of Erba Pura and not fan of it, to me it's not as special as Naxos.

The Irish leather one today was a bit masculine for me.

I had a £15 off beauty reward in JL so got a CT lip pencil for £2.85 with that and sale! My mum was jealous of there being Pillow Talk liner in the Harrods calendar but I prefer a browner nude so she’s got that and I’ve replaced with one I prefer. @Millymollymine I got the Xerjoff Naxos today. I really like it. It is definitely unisex though.

Yes I really like the Naxos now I've opened it. The Harrods drawer for today was Xerjoff Alexandria I, which I'm not as keen on, but maybe it will grow on me.

I see they have now reduced the Fenwicks advent calendar to £140

Dh kept Alexandria II. Very intense and long lasting, not one for me as to my nose is completely masculine

Just had another look- still a no from me at £140. It’s just a bit dull.

I also had another look and agree it is boring and still pricey at £140 for what’s included.
If they continued to include the gwp late last year I think they would have sold out but think removing it was a bit short sighted for such a poor calendar.

Well I cracked and ordered the Fenwick calender . I rewatched an unboxing and there are a few things I would like to try and I do like the Bader cream . It would have been lovely to have the GWP as well though. So much for my New Year’s resolution 😞 but there is something very addictive about these boxes !

I knew they would end up having to reduce it as it was overpriced for what was included. Last year the Fenwicks calendar was £165 and had over £700 worth of products, including the EGF serum. I also got the gwp so was pretty good value. This year they wanted £200 for the calendar and the contents were apparently worth just over £500. They also stopped the gwp within a few weeks so I am not surprised it hasn’t sold out.

The Fenwicks calendars used to be really nice, beautiful looking AND decent value. Not the past few years, though.

I've ended up ordering the shiseido blockbuster from look fantastic, it was reduced, then i used a discount code on top and they had a gwp promotion. I don't need any of the products but I just couldn't resist

I thought this for £20 was good value I wanted the eve lom cleanser which I think is £50 on its own.

Oh that looks nice, not strictly beauty but I just got the Boots wellness vitamin and supplement etc box, interesting and fun new idea I thought....

Yes I'm debating getting this.

I got this one as I use the Peptide serum which is £19, I sold the Eve Lom and Elemis as don’t like either but thought it was well thought out with a cleanser, eye serum, face serum, eye and face masks and morning and night creams.

I had one last splurge in the Sephora sale (which is cheating slightly because it's already 2025) but I'm now on a no/very low buy for at least the next 6 months because the amount of stash I have is embarrassing at this point.

I may have to hide Style and Beauty if I'm too weak willed so If you don't see me until next advent season this is why. 😳

@MrsBnow12 Just discovered I have that peptide eye serum in my stash so I'm opening it tonight to use under my eye cream.

Have just bought the wellness box from m+s- time to unwind for £30. Absolutely loved it, but did not need to buy it! 🙈
