Could people not give any spoilers. I understand people may not like products could they wait until the day of said product.

I have the M&S calendar and people have been mentioning a product they don't like. I have purposely avoided the unboxing of it on YouTube.

The latest in beauty advent calendar is £73.99 on tiktok today. Is anyone tempted?

@Pickled21 Having promised my DH that I would not be buying LIB on tiktok this year as I have way too much stuff . Tiktok managed to suck me in again ( 3 years in a row always black Friday!) . For me personally with a lot of teenage nieces/daughters it will be great for stocking fillers/presents throughout the year. I am also tempted to try the UKLash product and the Medik8 and there are quite a few practical items in there like body wash, shampoo, hand cream stuff I would buy anyway

I'm lucky, I have the memory of a goldfish so I'll have long forgotten the contents by the time I open the calendar. However, if you want the contents to be a surprise, this may not be the best thread for you. We've always discussed contents on this thread.

I'm practicing much the same speech, except I only have one daughter and one niece I can pass stuff on to. I'm still waiting on the Grüum calendar and I fear it will arrive on Monday/Tuesday. I'm away Monday and Tuesday and in the office on Wednesday so my cunning plan of it arriving on a day I'm wfh and he's in the office seems to be shot.

@OchonAgusOchonOh @Pickled21 @Puravida23 I have just had the same conversation and tried to explain why another one is coming after saying no more will be ordered oops! I may put it in the cupboard for Jadvent and open the Lumene one in December.
I also have a DIY 12 days of beauty one.

@MrsBnow12 @Puravida23 @OchonAgusOchonOh I'm hoping it arrives when I'm at home so I can whisk it away. Knowing my luck it will arrive whilst I'm at work. I intend to deny all knowledge till it turns up. We've got Eid in a few months so I'd like to put a beauty/skincare box together for my mum and mil. In a way I'm saving money as 3 separate beauty boxes would be more expensive and dh should really chip in towards the cost.

That sounds perfectly reasonable to me @Pickled21 So really, you're doing dh a favour.

I ordered a GB subscription box in the early hours of the morning a few days ago for reasons best known to myself. I swear I must have been half asleep because I don’t know what I was thinking. Apart from a tiny MB body lotion and a Ciate blush that I think has been discontinued, (so goodness knows how old it is), the rest is absolute rubbish and I can’t use it.

I won’t be reordering, (I think I only got a one month subscription…).

I'm embarrassed to say that I've just found a L'occitane advent calendar which I bought when it was reduced about three months ago and had forgotten about 😆. I can't remember any of the things in my Liberty calendar and by the time Xmas day comes round, I will probably even forgotten where I've put my Harrods and HN 12 day fragrance calendars 😆 I like the 12 day calendars as they give you something nice to open each day in the gloomy days after xmas and new year.

@Growlybear83 looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the fragrance calendar. I didn't pick one up but could be tempted next year.

I’ve got H & B, and then a tea one I bought reduced last year for JAdvent.
Meanwhile, DM has given us a picture one, I’ve got Hotel Chocolat for DD, and a parcel has just arrived from XH with Lego Star Wars, Funko Harry Potter and Swizzles sweets for DD. I honestly don’t think she’s going to be that pleased, and it’s a bit close to December to find alternative homes.

I’ve got Look Fantastic which I really enjoyed last year, can’t wait to start!
