That sounds wonderful, I haven't had a holiday in 25 years, didn't even get to north Wales this year because we couldn't get time off together. I would most certainly be honoured to do your makeup, I love make up. I would even get my white tree trunks out if it's somewhere warm😂.

I'm trying to make an effort to dress a bit
More thoughtfully during the day. I WFH and I can stay in joggers & slippers all day everyday if I'm not careful. Before WFH. I didn't usually dress this way.

So I am experimenting with layering up for warmth.

This is a maxi dress from Tesco reduced to £7, layered with an old Cardy I found at the back of the drawer.

Wearing with a slip underneath, 80 denier tights and my fav blundstone boots.

That outfit looks great. I am lovin the cardi❤️.

@RobinEllacotStrike love leopard print my favourite its a great outfit and layering is a great idea to keep warm. I do the same. It been really cold here today im on nightshift and struggling to stay awake. Can't wait to drop into my bed at 8 am

I have been invited out for our works night out on the 1st Dec and I recently bought this so i'll probably wear it for that, although i'm not sure what to wear with it, a mesh top underneath or a cardi any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

I don't know what cardi I have, I threw a lot of stuff out not so long ago so i'll have to have a look, I know I have a silver one and a black crochet one, but they are both short sleeved and it's probably going to be chilly, so I may have to buy a new one.

I've just been to spoons for my wonderful stepdads birthday and I wore the same outfit as Sunday, I didn't take pics then, but I did take the obligatory spoons mirror selfie today.

My dress is lovely but the v-neck is too low - 'hello! Here is my bra and boob. Have a good look.'

Last night I made a makeshift modesty panel from a hankie - an old fashioned fichu, I suppose! But I'll need a proper one and I absolutely DO NOT want some stretchy lace thing, which is all I can find.

I'll have to make one!

@TragicMuse when I have a dress that is like that, front or back I just wear a stretchy crop top in either a matching or opposite colour depending on the dress, i've got black ones, white ones, blue ones, red ones and grey ones. Making one sounds like the ideal solution though.
