Starting a new thread for @Lwrenn who is slaying in her compression stockings right now.

Something like this maybe, or a sleevless top you could layer, or a fitted blouse of shirt, what material is the skirt? If it's silky you could pair it with lace or crochet, but that's just what I would do, hopefully someone else will have more ideas @Dollyparot200 .

@ChishiyaBat Hi thanks yes I love those tops it's silky so good point. I'm thinking fitted coz that suits me best. I love those pj's ive been too see the new film loved it. Glad your daughters been offered a place, really hope things sort out for your son its so worrying when others act like bully's.

Fitted suits me too, looks great with a skirt too. I also saw it and loved it even my son did which I was shocked with, but I thought it was cheesy and funny and didn't take itself too seriously. Also loved the character development between Lydia and Delia.

I bought this dress from Joanie last year. I call it my "attention seeking dress" because every time I wear it I will get strangers approaching me to tell me how much they love my dress.

It's a maxi which I don't usually wear but I love it.

My attention seeking dress took me on a boat ride last week. 😀

Its nice, but ..... odd.

You look fantastic in that dress, no wonder you get so many compliments, it's bright and cheery. Hope you had a good boat trip. I get the same with my hair, people stop me say oh I love your hair at least 3times a week and people ask to touch it, it is weird, but nice at the same time.

I must admit it feels fantastic to wear - and sets a standard for other frocks. Plus it has pockets!

90% of my dresses have pockets, i'm always sad when I wear one without, they are just so handy! I love that it makes you feel good.

@OhRex Green maybe or patterned with green in it? I love wearing skirts with a button up cardigan I'm mother of the groom so that could be under dressed lol. BTW love that tshirt made me lol

My Vinted trousers came. Too big and about a foot too long! I'm 5'7" but longer in the body. But I don't usually need to lose quite so much from length.

Ugh I’m ill AGAIN pesky children bringing home viruses from school. Managed to get out of bed today as I have to drag myself to a teams meeting and feel presentable. Bought Mary Jane’s from JD Williams (which I think is the same as Sinply Be?) after buying and returning three pairs from New Look as I forgot their size 8 is a 41 not a 42. Wishful thinking there. Tee, shirt and trousers all from Vinted. Good job you can’t see my hair as it is a STATE 🤣

@Lwrenn B&M it's with the salt pepper and oil, there's a few different types like this one with balsamic vinegar, there's some with chilli in too.

Sadly No, I was at work but I did do a full face of makeup, which I will post even though you can see my face.

I did wear a long sleeved mesh top with blood splatter and bats on under my uniforn polo shirt though @Lwrenn 🎃🦇

@OhRex that looks awesome I love it. Sonce my daughter&granddaughter are living the dream in their new shiny house, it's only me, the boys are not bothered, so I only got some teeny pumpkins when we went pumpkin picking last week, but I love them.

@OhRex the house looks amazing! I love houses that go all out for Halloween 🎃 we chucked a few pumpkins outside and had some lovely trick or treaters, adorable wee witches and even an alien!

My youngest lad wanted to go as colonel sanders with the expectation if he did houses would give him a KFC, so chaos ensued 😂😂
