Eyebrow tweezers!

The horror! Pretty much next on my list after passport, meds and contact lenses.

They were in the bag but I must have taken them out last minute and put back in the drawer, absent mindedly. Noooooo

Also I only realised last night, too late to go out again to buy any, and all the shops seem to be shut today.

I mean there's nothing anyone can do to help but I just wanted some sympathy 😂the worst is I have at least three pairs so no excuse at all.

What's the worst thing you've left behind?

My Quies wax ear plugs. DH snores like a chainsaw and they’re the only way I can sleep. Next on the list is tweezers, so I feel your pain!

Pants.

Yep pants. Packed everyone’s stuff for the weekend and forgot my own.

Surely you can just get another set? How fast does your hair grow!

Is there one of those little sewing kits in the bathroom? You can make a loop of cotton and thread your eyebrows...carefully. Google it.

Literally lying in bed in a rented house on holiday and the same thought just crossed my mind! 😂 I’m sure I will survive though! Hope you manage to find some today.

My husband sometimes forgets to take his trousers to work and has to walk around in the office in his cycling shorts.

It doesn’t ride up, you wear your own bra with it and it’s easy to go for a wee.

I once cycled to work and then the zip went on my dress so I had to wear my kit all day. Was a bit awkward as it was a smart place. Would not have caused comment where I work now tho as v casual.

Unpacked to go out for lunch and had taken 2 odd sandals...

Those who don't understand the need for tweezers on a (four day) trip are obviously not (ahem) older!

My DH once left his entire suitcase for a 2 week holiday on the driveway.

I'm older but I'm lucky that I'm fair. Once a month trip to the threader.

I have forgotten my pyjamas several times but the worst was when DH I forgot my whole bag for a canal boat trip.
Got everything I could in Asda and the chemist next door.

I’ve forgotten my tweezers before and used the edge of my razor instead, very, very carefully.

I can go one better… I put odd ankle boots on to go out… didn’t realise until I was too far from home to go back and change! Thankfully they were at least the same colour 😂

I'd be learning how to thread using you tube 🙂 after I'd sourced some thread that is. Otherwise I WOULD look like a werewolf thanks to peri. I have forgotten tweezers in my 30s but could get away with it. Couldn't get away with it now. You go to sleep and wake up resembling a cress plant.

Dental floss is a big deal here. I have forgotten it in the past quite a few times. I have the most awkward teeth and people have told me on numerous occasions at work, you have something stuck there.

DH would forget everything if I didn't intervene.

I once forgot my entire bag of clothes on a camping trip. I was pregnant and couldn't carry much (so sleeping in a tent was an obvious choice, lol). I thought my DP would realise he should put the bag in the car for me. He thought I had done it myself and didn't notice the bag. We were both tired.

i got admitted to hospital last year and despite being high as a kite on all the medication I text my husband and my only request was that he bought my tweezers 😂.
My chin hair grows at a rate of knots. I’m not safe for an afternoon never mind a whole 4 days!

My son took his girlfriend camping for the first time and forgot the sleeping bags. He’s 27. We’ve camped many times a year and he’s d of e gold.

They spent the night under a foil blanket as they hadn’t taken coats 🤦🏼‍♀️

I once accidentally wore odd boots on the school run - one was blue and one was black. Very similar in style but not identical. I was halfway back before I realised. Mortifying.
