About to do it - Crocs

Ok they’re bloody hideous. And I’m in my 60s so way over the stage where they’re cute. But I have arthritis, no suitable sandals are comfortable. I have Teva classics which are great but only on a solid surface as gravel, sand gets inside and blisters my feet. I’m going to Cornwall. I need something comfortable and good for on the beach. I’m not happy about this choice but unless anyone can come up with a comfortable and less hideous option, I’m doomed.

If anybody wants charms, my DD got some from here

They seem decent
Croc10 should hopefully give a discount

Has anyone tried Croc flipflops. I am tempted

I've got some for the beach/pool when we're on holiday. I did have some Havianas but the Crocs are so much more comfortable

KirstenBlest · 26/06/2024 12:36

I've been wearing them for decades, including when they were deeply unfashionable. Perfect for the beach but I mainly wear them as 'back door shoes'

deeahgwitch · 26/06/2024 20:24

DD said she would disown me if I wore them beyond our front gate.
I haven't 😂

InfoSecInTheCity · 26/06/2024 20:27

Has anyone got the Croc ballerina flats? Wondering if they're sweaty feeling?

KirstenBlest · 26/06/2024 20:42

@deeahgwitch , crocs are popular with the young and trendy here. They're all wearing them.

Just got some. I heard they were good for Plantar facilitis.
