Work means bayswater backpack.

I also have the Bayswater backpack in a taupe colour and I love it! It goes with everything, I love how I can wear it over my shoulder, as a backpack or carry it as a handheld bag. It's my everyday bag as it fits lots in as well. I usually have the sides snapped in on mine.

Ivel used the eBay authentication service three times now and it's been excellent. The first bag failed - was a very good replica - got refund straight away. The second two were fine. Authenticator actually telephoned me to check I was ok that the second bag had been listed as unworn when it had a very small sign of use on the inside. Will definitely use eBay for bags again but only with the authentication service. Hope you love the Gucci!

@Penguinsmum I ordered it from Gucci. But good to know about eBay authentication as there are a lot of fakes on there.

I'm on way to the West End. First stop Peter Jones. My most local department store didn't have what I wanted. Right bag, wrong colour. It's a Coach one. If PJ'S don't have it, I'll head to Regent Street. I have already bought a pair of loafers for spring. It's a beautiful day here. I have concluded that £450 is my limot. I have to read the room a bit at work, and that's pushing it. I don't have a massive handbag collection and what I buy will take me through the whole summer and has to be pretty multi-functional. I'm also planning to feed my perfume habit: Gucci pour femme or something from Guerlain's Acqua Allegoria range. I'm justifying that less on the bag means more on perfume and cosmetics!

This from the person who takes a coffee flask to work rather than spend a fiver a day on coffee!

@Penguinsmum is it possible to use the ebay authentication service if the seller doesn't offer it? I've just ordered a bag from Vestiaire which didn't have itt and its quite easy to send to their authentication process as an add on. Does it work the same way on ebay and if so how much does it cost?

Thank you @PegasusReturned - I'm using huit all of the time. Tbh I didn't like it when I saw it online but fell in love with it when I saw it in store. Deliciously squishy and right size for my frame - don't know if you can see it clearly from the photo as it was taken from afar.
On the contrary I loved neuf on the photos and didn't like it irl. I wish they made a middle size, then I'll jump on it. Mini is tiny, I have small hands and trying to put my mobile inside it was a struggle. The full-size can't be worn crossbody (looks a bit ridiculous because of the size) or as a shoulder bag and looked a bit too big for my 5'5". Might be a good choice for someone taller than me and who likes to hold their bags in the crook of the elbow
