Microblading help!

Hello, so I decided to have my eyebrows micro bladed and found someone near me, who seemed good, to do it. I just wanted to have my sparse areas filled in but I am now worried they have gone too thick. My eyebrow artist has said it is a normal process of healing but they look too thick on day 1 of healing. I can’t find any evidence to say they won’t be as thick on the internet, only that the darkness will reduce. Does anyone have some Microblading experience to make me feel any better? Definitely feel like I made a mistake in having them done. Do I just need to stick out the healing process? Thanks

Thanks for the progress update @FuckoffeeBeforeCoffee they look great! They've really softened, that's very reassuring! Have you got a touch up appointment? I need to book mine but I'm also waiting to see if I need one, but having done some reading I think I will need it.

Adding a picture of mine if it helps anyone. They have settled a lot today, they were bleeding yesterday. They feel like scabs but no peeling yet.

I love the shape of yours @BellsAndFootfalls - they really flatter your face.

My touch up is on the 14th of June. I can't wait. I need that little dip filled in.

I'd definitely book in the top up. It's two step process to get the best results.

They are healing beautiful

Definitely have your top up

Even if they look perfect you risk them fading too quickly , the top up locks in the colour for longer

Day 5 now - they’re much lighter just in a few days! The peeling has just started along the edges and it’s quite itchy. I’ve booked my touch up appointment

They look really good.

When you've had your top up, please come back and show us. I'd love to see the finished look.

Are these permanent?

She said they last anywhere between 18 months and 3 years!
