Only ones I can find are frumpy, with slogans, busy prints and fall to bits.

John Lewis. Or I've just bought my mum some from Cotton Traders.

MidnightOnceMore · 30/10/2023 06:06

I go to M&S for their cotton pyjama bottoms, in various colours. I saw some nice ones in White Stuff yesterday. They are everywhere now in the run up to Christmas right now.

p.s. 'frumpy' is a misogynistic, outdated word.

M&S PJ set are v thin, busy prints, sloganised and fall to bits. Cut not great either.

Don’t want glitter, hearts, bright patterns,, slogans etc

George at Asda or M&S

rockingbird · 30/10/2023 06:13

I bought a lovely set in matalan at the weekend. No silly slogans, warm velour type material - very happy with them!

Not the ones I have been buying from M&S.

They're 100% cotton, no slogans, not busy and last well.

MinnieMountain · 30/10/2023 06:16

I’m a woman but I’m currently wearing M&S men’s PJs. The cotton is thicker and they have trouser pockets.

Idontgiveagriffindamn · 30/10/2023 06:20

Cyberjammies is my go to place for pyjamas. But they are a bit pricier

MissSueFlay · 30/10/2023 06:23

Uniqlo have PJs in a lovely soft cotton fabric, traditional style with collar and buttons.

SwimmingFree · 30/10/2023 06:25

I've bought a few pairs of these now, I absolutely love them, they are cotton, wash well, comfy and look smart.

I spend money on clothes. Happy to pay £100 plus for a good t-shirt etc.

I’m currently wearing Primark pj bottoms.

If you hunt about in there, you can find 100% cotton ones in plain designs - no logos or slogans. My current ones are blue and white stripped and have pockets. Deep waistband, wash well and very comfortable. I have many pairs.

I wear with slim fit t-shirts from H&M and a crop top type bra.

PerditaProvokesEnmity · 30/10/2023 06:43

Yup, Primark. Surprisingly good. Buy large to account for shrinkage.

Or

Tekla

NeedToKnow101 · 30/10/2023 06:45

Another yes to Primark. Look in the men's section too.

Nothingbuttheglory · 30/10/2023 06:45

I gave up on finding affordable/nice sleepwear ages ago. I just wear leggings and long sleeve t shirts in stretch cotton.

treacletoast · 30/10/2023 06:48

For an investment, honnalondon.com have half price sales. Very flattering. Desmond and Dempsey were an expensive purchase that did not last, they split at the buttons.

Cyberjammies
Chelsea Peer
Pretty You

Rina66 · 30/10/2023 07:05

I've just bought both of these, 100% cotton....

Mens pjs. I buy a 2 pack of the jersey cotton. They come in black/ grey and wear them with markies long sleeve plain T-shirts.

rumred · 30/10/2023 07:08

Jack wills pj bottoms are thick cotton with 3 pockets. And a variety of tartans. My go to pjs for winter

They aren’t cotton, though. They’re a mix of fabrics, only 50-something percent cotton.

I also find it hard to find decent pyjamas. I want 100 percent cotton, plain, no patterns - no checks, stripes, floral, slogans.

3Tunes · 30/10/2023 07:20

Lands End jersey pyjamas. But I just had a look and they don’t seem to have any plain ones this season - I’ve got plain grey and navy from last year.

LunaNorth · 30/10/2023 07:22

I’m a big fan of Fat Face plaid pyjama bottoms worn with a t-shirt. Very soft and comfortable.
