I want to smell like the ocean - perfume ideas

Hi! I loved Body Shop Oceanus - I can't find anything similar or that smells like the ocean at all - every summery thing I have tried smells of coconut!

I don't want to smell like men's aftershave. Just the ocean.

Rimmel's London Glam for women smells gorgeous

Sel Marin or Fleur du Sel would be my suggestions but I've been beaten to it.

Watching this for ideas. In the 90s I had a bottle of body spray- think it was M&S or bath and body works- just called Pisces and it was very similar to Oceanus. I miss those sorts of fragrances!

I remember the spray from M&S but had forgotten the name - now I know Pisces ! It was perfect, aquatic, salty, oceanic, citrus and NO coconut or melon. Still trying to find similar - have wasted money on the search sadly

This one, OP, INIS, an all-time favourite of mine.

It's £40 in the Perfume Shop for 100ml, it really is lovely - no coconut at all.

L'Eau D'Issey is very aquatic and oceanic IMHO. It's a 90s classic, when those types of scents first became popular.

(Off to dig out my bottle of L'Eau D'Issey now!) Smile
Takes me right back to 1995.

Drying your washing on a line outside might help
