No spoilers please, but had anyone had their August box yet? Last month I received it on July 1st but I've not even had a dispatch email yet.

I did. I received a lovely response to my email and they sent me a free product ☺️. I was really pleased. It arrived very quickly.

I did too. Really happy with free product and like JoJo it arrived quickly. I liked their acknowledgement that this month's fell short.

@JoJo36 @InsanityRocks Do you mind me asking what you emailed them?

I've been so torn about it. I'm really unhappy especially as I paid upfront for an annual subscription but I don't know what to email other than sounding like a huge moan and demanding to cancel my subscription (which I'm on the fence about).

@HundredMilesAnHour I know what you mean. I emailed because I was disappointed and I wanted to let them know they'd really missed the mark this time. Previous boxes haven't been to my taste but this felt shoddy. I didn't have any expectation of getting anything so very happy when I received a bottle of their reef skin oil.
I definitely think you should email - I don't know if they're giving the same product to everyone, be interesting to hear from JoJo, but to let them know they've messed up.

I will email Haeckels later and see if I get a response from them.

I've also got a gift on the way after complaining. Don't mind what it is as long as it's not seaweed tea or more incense.

I also sent a polite message about the offer of 2 full size products and an innovation/sample versus the reality - I am happy with the incense & stand. Quick response & product on way.

Same. Delighted as it's a product I love and I've got about half a teaspoon left. I was going to buy Sunday Riley luna oil but this is almost as lovely.

I love the reef oil - I should have complained!

@Lotsofpots not too late; I emailed on Monday. I did point out that although I liked the product but along with others wondered about value vs offer and their xurrent business model. No idea what is on its way though...

I got the reef oil as well. And I only emailed a couple of days ago as I got my box so late.

So far nothing has arrived grrr.

I emailed on Monday and got a same day reply. I replied back to them on Tues and my 'gift' arrived this morning.

I only emailed yesterday - mainly feedback about the subscription spec and to as nicely as possible say how disappointed I was with this month’s. Gift arriving tomorrow! I do feel a lot better about it now, but I did say that being asked to email wasn’t great!

Well the email about the next box sounds promising

Ooh! A refill and a new product...

So this month’s sounds good and I appreciated getting an email. I might stop anyway after this, undecided!

I'm assuming one of the items will be the SPF that they're taking pre-orders for.

I assumed the same @HundredMilesAnHour - I'll be disappointed if it's not!

I expect so.
