Haeckels subscription box

No spoilers please, but had anyone had their August box yet? Last month I received it on July 1st but I've not even had a dispatch email yet.

I’m definitely not complaining - I’m very happy with them! It’s the kinds of products that made me want to sign up in the first place. I just remember others on the thread had signed up specifically for the innovation products!

I'm assuming we can talk about the products? Thoughts below.

I loved the cleanser when it came as a tester and intended to buy it once I'd run out of one of the (many) that I have on the go, so I'm delighted with this. I really enjoy the smell and find it a great morning cleanser.

The exfoliant is effective (I've used a lot in the past) but I really can't stomach the smell. To me it's old smelly feet. I still haven't used up the tester we received previously. I'm on the fence about whether to keep or offload it, as I appreciate what it does to me skin.

I love the moisturiser and will rebuy it - I'm still using the pot that came in a box last year. I have the tester to a friend who I thought might appreciate it.

For me, it's an excellent box that really proves the value of them. I haven't bought new skin care, other than my monthly retinol and a much loved cleansing oil, for months and will repurchase many of the products - the serum, moisturiser and oil are particular stand outs for me.

So I enjoyed this box, but it wasn’t what I was expecting innovation-wise when I signed up! I’d have liked one item more for the body or home than face, but I appreciate that I’m new to this and over time it’ll change. I have so many unused liquid exfoliants, but I might make more of an effort to use this one.

I’ve lost the link to what’s in the box, does anyone have it please?!

What’s everyone hoping for this time? Me - would love something for the bath or something scented….we shall see!!

Judging by the email Haeckel are sending I'd like to try the SPF moisturiser they are developing, the Bladderwort (?) body lotion. I am liking the soaps, love the marine oil and more serum (although that was in a box recently, one I skipped?)
A full size candle would be good for my gift drawer!

@Specialkp there were a couple of boxes which were mainly home and weren't so popular. I liked them and am open to variety. My skin care drawer is filling up again 😆

I like the look of the new hand-wash. The cocktail waste one was excellent - and it's just about empty.

I'd like a candle and body lotion.

I'm going to cancel my liberty box after this month's delivery so this will be the only subscription I have.

I’d love a candle too, was there one in a fairly recent box? And body lotion is always a winner with me 😂

And same for me with the Liberty box, I’m cancelling after tomorrow’s payment goes out. Luckily I’m down in London next month so if I haven’t spent my credit by then online, I’ll be able to do it in store.

I ordered the coffee handwash and body lotion. I had them previously and liked them (although I was a little disappointed initially that they didn't smell of coffee). Last time they sold out quite quickly on the Haeckels website but Watchhouse were still selling them on their website so I was able to restock from there. Currently almost finished both the handwash and body lotion refills so good timing with the relaunch. I don't like/use the 'regular' Haeckels handwash as the smell of fennel/aniseed makes me feel queasy.

I don't want a candle as I was unimpressed last time. 99% certain that means we'll get a candle in the next box.😂

Haeckels seems to have abandoned Discord which is a bit sad.

(I already cancelled my Liberty box).

Ooh, Royal Mail claim to be delivering my parcel from Haeckels tomorrow. And it isn't the hand wash/body lotion I ordered as that arrived today so it must be the subscription box!!

I'm scared to get excited as this seems too good to be true. 😂

I've had the Royal Mail email as well and as I was one of the last to receive the box in March, this is a nice surprise.

I have my box. I am very unimpressed, verging on hugely unhappy and if I wasn't signed (and paid) up to the annual subscription, I would be cancelling right now. 😡

No notifications here on delivery yet. Thanks to @Zoetrope1 I have a heavily discounted bottle of marine oil to give to a friend in NYC I am seeing next week... my "oh no" would be more room spray! Looking at what you don't like as posted 01/04@HundredMilesAnHour - I would be happy with that! Are you off to sell on Vinted now 😮
